I printed this on satin finish photo paper and cut out the pieces. I mounted the base design on to a white card with dst and added the decoupage with foam pads. I added some blue gems to the centre of the flowers and a mauve organza bow.

I finished off with adding a sentiment tag and three crystal gems at the bottom.
