Fluttering by to Say Hi!Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionThinking of You / Thinking Of You
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to scalloped edge white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with card candy to corners and silver tassle to top right corner.
A lovely fresh design.
