The Iris Plain and Simple DecoupageCompleted by Rosina Walker

I took a 6x6 scalloped edge card and with a blue ink pad i went all around the scalloped edge,then did the same with a lilac ink pad,this gives the card a back ground that blends in with the colours in the image,printed this image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image to the card built up the front of the card,and added some blue ribbon and glitter.
