I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and then cut out all the elements. I made up the decoupage with foam pads. I embossed a white card blank and then added a length of lace across the centre.

I used all three toppers, mounting the middle one with dst and the outside ones with foam pads. I added the greeting to the bottom RH side. A lovely design, which is very pretty.
