I printed the sheet on quality cardstock, used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a white, scalloped, card.

A silver, peel-off, sticker was used for the text.

This is a gorgeous design that makes a perfect sympathy card but can be used for many other occasions as well.
