Blue Iris with Birthday ScrollCompleted by Rosina Walker

I covered an A5 card with some vivid blue paper,then i printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper ,then i mounted the base image onto the card,then decoupaged up the flower arrangement,added silver corners to the base image and went around with a silver border,then did the same around the outside of the card.
