Hydrangea Cascade Card - Sheet 2 DecoupageCompleted by Priscilla Sharp

I printed out the sheet on cardstock and cut out all the elements. I assembled with foam tabs. I used decorative scissors to cut an oval and background piece. Added ribbon and bow and attached to card. Then added the sentiment.

I used some of the other little flower pieces inside to decorate. Very pretty card.
