I printed onto good quality gloss photo paper then carefully cut out all the pieces. I mounted the main image onto a plain white cardstock then cut around the scalloped edge. I added the decoupage step by step using sticky foam pads.
I also added white irridescent glitter to the edge of the circle. Lovely card.
