Dahlia on GreenCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on matte photo paper. I mounted the base image on some stash paper, then onto a card (rounded the corners).

I cut out and slightly shaped the decoupage and layered it quite high with silicone, then added a glitter outline to the base image, added a rhinestone, and punched a hole in the upper left of the card front and tied the little included tag to the card after adding a sentiment to the back.

The elements on this card layer wonderfully-the dahlia looks almost real!
