Printed on matte photo paper. I had a purchased card that I wanted to decorate, so I cut the elements off the tag, than layered them with silicone gel.
The dahlia is layered deeply and looks real!
Embellished with a dew drop on the little flower and a bit of frosted glitter, then made the little tag to "go with".
So pretty!
