I mounted the topper on to silver mirri then on a 10" x 7" card, then the decoupage layers. I added glittery silver peel offs to the bookmark, glitter around the edge of the heart and glossy accents to the brads.

The bookmark and heart were mounted using foam pads.

I finished it off with an organsa ribbon and bow.
