I printed the page out onto glossy photo paper. I aded the decoupaged items with foam pads and finished it off by mounting it onto a darker blue hand made paper before adding it to a plain white card.
I then added a gold peel off sentiment.
It's such a lovely happpy feeling image that is quick and easy but very effective.
