Quilted Floral DecoupageCompleted by Dorothy Manchester

I matted the base onto purple cardstock. I used foam adhesive to decoupage the quilted floral top after cutting out the center. I added that to the base on the card. I made quilled purple flowers for the center & added a gem.

I made flowers for the bottom using my Cricut & added them to the bottom.
