Frosted Floral CameoCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionFloral / Floral Card Fronts
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to pearlescent blue embossed paper, then to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with star dust stickles glitter glue to cameo circle and card candy to corners.
A beautiful design.
