I resized the image to print on to half A4. Using some bright blue, textured card, I made a squre base card and cutaway part of the front and punched the edges.
Mounted the topper on to gold mirror card and placed on to my card. Layered all elements.
Finished with seed beads on some of the flower centres, a greeting, a butterfly and peel-off borders. Stunning!
