Dragonflower Delight Scallop Edge Card FrontCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto decoupage paper then cut it out,then took an A5 card opened it up,and mounted some pretty backing paper from another cup to the right hand side ,then i mounted the main image to the front of the card and cut around the scalloped edge,decoupaged it up added the text plate and stuck on two blue gems to text plate,then added a little glitter,went around the edge of the petals of big flowers with some liquid pearl.
