Blue Florals

I started with a navy card blank and added a pale pink feather. I matted the image onto matt silver embossed card and used 3D glue gel to stick it to the card base.

I decoupaged the layer, added a silver peel off & flower, and a bow. then used Stickles on the small flowers to add sparkle and on the butterfly wings.
