This is a lovely card front that is suitable for Anniversary, retirement or belated birthday. use as is for a quick card or build up the extra layers for a nice 3d effect.
A lovely finish is acheived by printing onto glossy photo paper

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the border butterflies using thin foam tape under one wing and a blob of silicone glue under the other wing to give more definition.
The two butterflies with one wing I attached using a small piece of thin foam tape and a blob of silicone glue.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the flowers and to the butterflies to enhance this lovely card.
