This is a lovely card, Karen! I framed it in silver & matched the base CS with the edge of the graphic. I then cut out all of the 3d pieces & popped them with popdots.
I added rhinestone centers to the flowers & a touch of glitter (on the butterflies as well). For my sentiment, I used a Silver Peel-Off "Best Wishes".
