I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue. I added a bow to the spine of the card and I've used crystal glitter to the flourish and to the centre piece.

I finished by adding four small decorative corners. Beautiful design, the decoupage is stunning.
