Such a gorgeous little vintage card - quick and easy to make and looks stunning. I printed the sheet, cut out the elements mounted the decoupage items with foam tape and added two sentiment tags offset for added dimension.

I then cut a matching green cardstock to size and punched out one side with a scalloped border - then folded the card to expose the border.

Then adhered the base topper onto the card with DST. I made a matching envelope to got with it and it was done!
