Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper onto an A5 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect. Then put a gold sparkly border around the edge and a few green pearls.
