I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I used two mats behind the main image and adhered to my card base. I shaped and decoupaged all the elements and finished with gems and glitter touches. Thank you so much Joan for all your help
I printed the design onto semi gloss photo paper and cut out. I put the main image onto a 6 inch card and added the decoupage using foam mounts. I used the Happy Birthday greeting. Looks lovely when made up.
I printed the images on to the matte photo paper, cut them out and attached first to the scalloped white paper and then to the base card. I decoupaged it using thin foam tape.
