Karate Girl Decoupage Sheet.Completed by Michelle Lancaster

I printed this image onto 160gsm card and decoupaged with foam pads. I used a papermania circular card and adhered some Wild Rose Studio Polka Dots backing paper onto it.
The three circular elements were attached with foam pads and then I used glossy accents to make them appear 3d and shiny.
