Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to yellow glitter card base. Attached 3d pieces using foam pads. Love it!!

I printed out this sheet onto glossy paper and the used double-sided tape to stick the main graphic onto cardstock.
Sticky tabs were used for the decoupage and I used the blank sentiment tag to create my own.
Glitter glue in a few places, and the perfect card for those keep fit ladies :-)
