Copied to matte photo card and cut out all the elements. I chose plaid foiled card stock from my kit, and matted the main design using foam tape. I built up the layers using double sided foam pads. I have also used Onyx Liquid Pearls for the broach.

Glossy Accents on the shoes, cuffs and collar, embellishing with orange stick-on gems. I made up a pill box hat and used grey pulled organza as a veil,touched lightly with black glitter glue.

A silver die cut as a greeting finished off this gorgeous deco design which can be used for various occasions.
