I used a lilac base card,and matted the decoupage base layer onto a piece of purple holographic card,which I then stuck onto the card with foam tape.

I did the same with one of the tags,and added Happy Birthday peel offs.I then layered up the decoupage layers,only using one layer of flowers.The other layer I added to the corner of the card with foam pads, then added purple gems to opposite corners.
