Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a cream insert.

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a lace bow and a sentiment tag from another sheet. A beautiful design to suit many occasions.
