Blue & White China Tea Set Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the topper and the decoupage using thin foam tape.
A lovely card for many different occasions.
