Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage and placed topper onto a scalloped card on top of a lovely base card with happy birthday and best wishes on it, with double sided tape.

Added decoupage with foam pads and finished off with a few gemstones and a lovely border. I have printed this lovely design twice, once for a small 6 x 6 card and another for a 8 x 8 card for those that don’t have to post.
