print image smaller then on the sheet and decoupage (you can make 2 cards from 1 sheet). Matt the main image on to silver mirri and mount on to an A5 white card. Add peel offs to the corners of the image and to the top of the card.

Add gems to the peel offs, a bow at the top of the card and gems in the bottom corners.
