I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a blue square card I matted a blue patterned paper, then the design on top. I added the sentiment plaque layered on the patterned paper and faux gems to finish.

I had this image on a card when I was a little girl and I've never stopped loving it. Thank you designer!
