Vintage Art Deco Lady in Black & WhiteCompleted by Rosina Walker

I took an A5 card and stuck the base picture of this lady to it,decoupaged the lady, and went around the edge of my card with white peeloff.

To make the flowers on her sleeves and skirt stand out, i carefully took all the waste, that was left on the peeloff sheet after i had removed the peeloff i used for my edges.i took it off with a pricky tool and stuck them to the flowers,to finish off i put a small black bow at the bottom corner.
