i printed on gloss photo card and cut out with a craft knife. i used sticky pads to layer each component. when cutting out the label i didn't get the boarder even so i covered in gel glitter. i added opal gel glitter to the center of the butterflies and spread it out towards the edge. (don`t know why it looks green).

Then i added blue gel glitter to the edge of the frill of the skirt and top of bodice and spread it to fade out. i added blue pearls to the ends of the swirls and white pearls to the ladies hair roll.
