Steampunk - Lady in BlueCompleted by Denise Murray / Paperboo Creations

I printed the sheet onto good quality smooth card and matted the topper onto an 8x8 card blank.I use 3d foam pads to add the frame ,glue gel for the other decoupage elements and finished by adding some co-oordinating blue crystals to the flowers.A great Steampunk card!
