Sophisticated and Swirly Dress Decoupage - PinkCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a pale pink card and added pink pearls to some swirls and I used a brown stickles on the edges of the dress.

I colored some silver peel offs brown and used them to edge the sheet.
