I chose an embossed backing paper and punched a floral edge using a Martha Stewart Deep Edge Punch. Then placed the image at an angle and added the decoupage to it.

The sentiment was placed at the top - glossy accents were used on the corner studs and glamour dust was sprinkled around the edge of the lace to finish.
