I printed the design onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the main image with silver card then mounted it onto black card stock.

I added the decoupage using foam pads and to finish the card I added silver peel-off corners and a silver bow and little gems to her headband...this is a gorgeous design and so easy to make and suitable for most ages.
