Steampunk - Lady in BlueCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this design onto Crafty Bob's photo paper, cut out the images and layered using pinflair glue. I inked around the edge using a silver pen and matted onto a white card. I added a 'mum' peel off, gold peel offs, a blue bow and oodles of glitterdust!
