Copied to gloss photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted base to white scalloped card stock and added a blue peel-off strip around it. Built up the decoupage using slicone gel glue. Added some glitter to ladies broach and ear, then a stick on silver greeting.

How smart they look with that fabulous background. A card any female, business woman or not, will be delighted to receive.
