I used light blue card for the base, and matted a piece of snowflake paper next to the fold edge, and edged with silver star border peel offs. Then I matted the decoupage base layer onto a piece of silver mirri card with foam tape, and matted this onto the card. After layering the decoupage with foam pads,I finished off by adding a little silver glitter and a Happy Christmas peel off.
