I mat and layered some red dragon paper I had in my workbox onto gold mirri card, and placed it in the centre of an A6 card.

I then mat and layered some yellow & gold paper onto gold mirri card an put that in the centre of the red paper.

I then put the first layer of decoupage onto another gold mirri card and placed that in centre of the 2nd mat and layered section.

I then decoupaged the rest of the woman, and added gems to the dragon.

To complete I layered a Happy Birthday onto gold paper and placed it on to top righthand side net to the woman.
