This design just lent itself to being mounted on a black card and simply decoupaged. I also used black peel-off edging to outline the oval background. I also added some tiny black scrolls to accentuate the "feathers" on her fan.

The finishing touch was 3 small cream diamonds at each corner. I haven't added a sentiment but one could be added at the bottom to suit the occasion.
