I printed the Winter Fashion Lady sheet. I cut the topper out. Then I printed blue frame.png from 6 inch border frames pack. I cut the frame out and trimmed it to fit the topper.

Then I printed Square Broiderie Anglaise Frame Blue.png and trimmed it to fit the topper and blue frame. After this I attached my card front on a light blue base card. Next I cut the first decoupage level picture and attached it on the card with foam pads. I decorated the card with four blue paper roses and two blue half pearls.
