Vintage Elegance with DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached White Lace Vellum for Wedding or Anniversary, cUp101248_489 to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the design to the card with thin foam pads.
