Steampunk Lady in BlueCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card, i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and placing the happy birthday sentiment at the top, this is a lovely design, which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
