I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. i matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP insert used as a backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Diamond, Star Dust & Glam Pink Stickles to add some sparkle.
