Picture Perfect 1920's Flapper Card Front and DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, I then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads and I placed a purple bow at the top left, this is a beautiful design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
