Lady in Turquoise with Lace

I matt and layered the main picture plus the frame, paper ribbon and sentiment onto gold mirri and added them to the main picture using foam pads.

Glittered the swirl and used glossy accent on the leaves, then again with glossy accent added a few rain drops to the rose after they had been decoupaged.
