I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered on to green card, then on to gold mirror card and then mounted on to an a5 green card.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pearl light green C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
